2005 Taylor Ridge Chardonnay, Livermore Valley

Provides a strong core upfront fruit  with a backbone and structure that will allow to age well. Rich golden straw color. This is not a shy Chardonnay!  Perfect with Chilean Sea Bass, Salmon and Prawns, with accents of pear, mango & apple. Delightful with light summer grilling, a variety of cheeses & fruits as well as a great stand alone wine.
